Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-demand periods or sales events, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) — $4.99, on orders under $75
Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — $7.99, on orders under $75
Express Shipping (2 business days) — $25
Expedited Shipping (1 business day) — $35

Orders of $75 or more ship free with Complimentary Standard Shipping (3–5 business days).

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees due on delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number you can use to follow your shipment on the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at celestelamourvirtue@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Celeste L'Amour is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
