Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.

High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise
Sits between the hips and natural waist for a more relaxed, lower-cut fit. Great for low intensity training and activities like Pilates.

The size is really bad.
I like the animal print and the fit around the waist. The only downsize is the size. Normally I wear M (I have glutes and small waist) and I bought size L cause I saw elastane was 7%, and it barely fits me! Very tight and definitely not for a leg day.

Runs very small;(
Unfortunately this item runs really small as the seamless yarn used here are less stretchy than those used on other styles

Hmm, how do I even begin? Well, the print is gorgeous, I love it (and I only usually like solid colors), but the sizing is incredibly inconsistent. I tried to wear it and couldn't even get it up to my knee. I know it's supposed to be compression wear, but I'd need at least two sizes bigger for it to fit. I'm 5'1" (60kg) and I always buy a size S from this brand, but they really need to improve the quality of the material.

Too small and the fabric feels stiff!
The pants are not comfortable to wear. The size S is much too small and the fabric feels stiff with very little stretch. I am 173 cm tall and the pants are also too short. Unfortunately, my previous pair ripped at the back seam after regular use. Based on my experience, the fit, comfort and durability are disappointing.

Bad sizing or bad quality
I ordered these a while ago, but today was the first time I wore them for a workout. I’m not sure if it’s a quality issue or if the sizing is way off, but I had to leave the gym after only 10 minutes because the stitching in the crotch area came apart and opened up.

The comfiest and most flattering leggings
The BEST leggings ever. I LOVE the bum scrunch on the outside, it makes them very comfy and very flattering at the same time. It's not obvious and it truly does it's job without you having to adjust them constantly. True to size, wonderful color and squat-proof. I hope these remain on the website forever. 10/10.

Terrible quality
I’ve probably worn it about 10 times before it’s teared all around the crotch area, these are so different to the other material I’ve previously had. And the tight run a little bit smaller too. And I’ve never worked out in it either so crazy how this is supposed to be active ware and couldn’t even last sitting a desk job.

Very tight
I've been ordering the XS for 5 years and its the first time it fails me, very very tight have to return it, it doesnt even go up.

Lovely leggings with sizing issues
I really like these leggings. The weird thing is, I bought two pairs, one blue and one black and the black ones are a lot tighter. My normal size is M but after reading the reviews I decided to size up. The blue ones are perfect in size L for me and the black ones are slightly tight. The black ones also feel more rigid, like they were from different material, even though the label says the composition is the same in both. So it is a bit strange. But there is definitely inconsistency in sizing. I would definitely recommend to get at least one size bigger than normal. Also the crotch part seems a bit rigid too so I have a feeling it will rip easily if you are not careful and pull the leggings properly up. That aside I really love them. I love the design.

I have to say that bought these leggings without reading any reviews, but I’m so glad that i did that. Because I ordered my usual size, which is S, and they fit perfectly! They are quite stretchy and really comfortable. They also look really cute! I would definitely recommend :)

loved the design and colors, but unfortunately the quality did not meet my expectations. The leggings ripped the first time I tried to put them on, without even wearing them before. For the price, I expected much better durability. The top is nice, but after this experience I’m not sure I would buy leggings from this line again

Odd sizing
Really odd sizing, waist rolls down, seem really tight on thighs and bum. I even sized up from small to medium. I always get the seamless leggings and love them and are always get a small. I unfortunately have brought these in every colour and been a waist of money. I only wear gymshark too which is a shame

Disappointing fit - don’t recommend
First time I’ve ever had to leave 1 star, have bought gymshark products for well over 10 years now with no issues but sadly these leggings are just not it. It’s almost as if the material has changed / been made elsewhere? They’ve bearing got any stretch in them, very tight and uncomfortable. I’ve always been a small, never had sizing issues and if anything I have lost weight since I last bought leggings but these just don’t fit at all. I thought I would give them a wear or two to see if they stretched a little but no good and now can’t return. It’s a shame and it’s made me think twice about where to buy my gym leggings now. A friend of mine bought the same leggings at Christmas and has said exactly the same. Really unlike gymshark to disappoint me!

The sizing is extremely bad, you won’t be able to.
Don’t buy this. It is extremely tighter than you’d ever imagine. I couldn’t even breathe after wearing this and cannot even explain how bad this was. If anyone is buying, buy 2 sizes bigger than what you usually wear.
I’ve been a loyal customer, but this experience was extremely disappointing.
The item I received was significantly smaller than expected despite ordering my usual size, to the point that it was unwearable. This appears to be a sizing inconsistency, which is not something a customer can anticipate.
What made this worse was the customer service response. Rather than offering any form of solution, flexibility, or alternative (exchange, credit, or exception), I was repeatedly told “no” with no effort to resolve the issue.
When sizing changes or inconsistencies occur, customers should not be penalised for it. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question whether this company values its customers once a problem arises.

Ring back the old adapts
Disappointed! My first pair of adapt were the best leggings and bought many more l, but these are a strange size! I ordered a M when I’m normally a s (after reading the reviews) and still smaller than my original s! Not as good quality very disappointed as love my other pairs for fit and quality! Hope they go back to the old style adapt!

Too small. Waiting for exchange or money back
I both this product on November 16th. I normally wear size small and these leggings were way too small so I started an exchange, and I haven’t received the new size Medium or the money back. It’s pointless to send emails because the answers are AI generated. Been buying several times from you guys, I’m hoping a real human to get back to me.

Don’t buy will split
I brought 3 in the Black Friday sales on the 23rd Nov. All three now have a hole in between legs region and now can’t wear. Just over a month of having them. Awful don’t waste your money

Sizing is off
Really dissapointing I’ve been a gymshark wearer for years but the last two pairs of leggings I’ve ordered the sizing has definitely been off. I’ve not changed weight or anything at all but there is a significant difference in newer pairs to older ones. I wouldn’t even say they are squat proof they are way smaller than previous

Sizing is weird, too tight on legs
I really tried to give these a chance after reading all the reviews about it being too tight. I'm normally a size S, and got a size M after reading the reviews. When I got them, the waistband was too big but the legs fit perfectly. I returned the M and exchanged it for an S, the S fit perfect around my waist but were wayyy too tight on my legs. These just fit weird.

Great colour, a bit too tight
I bought this as my first Gymshark leggings, I love the colour and the fit, even though it fits quite tightly...when I put it on, it rather feels like a pair of tights (even though I ordered an L instead of an M)

Too small
I ordered my regular size, I could not get them over my thighs. They are also very long. I would size up at least 1, if not 2 sizes. I thought the colour/pattern was cute. Unfortunately, I’m sending them back so I can’t speak on the quality.

Fit Small
I bought two pairs of Adapt leggings at the same time and in the same size. These leggings are notably shorter and smaller than the same size pair of Adapt Fleck X Whitney. Almost uncomfortable to squat in. I highly recommend the Adapt Flex X Whitney for taller women.
