Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.
Rise
High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise
Sits between the hips and natural waist for a more relaxed, lower-cut fit. Great for low intensity training and activities like Pilates.

I always order a size S from Gymshark and have never had any issues, but this one really doesn't fit true to size—it's big in the hips and tight in the legs.

Nothing like the pictures
Really not what I had in mind.
The photos are nothing like the received product. The leggings look dirty or like ive accidentally spilt something on it.
You would never know they are meant to be acid washed.
So much material bunches up at the crotch accentuating that area in the worst way.

Loved the Color, But Damaged
I opened the package and it was stained, almost like someone had spilled bleach on it. I’m really disappointed because I absolutely love the color and the texture.

One of my favorite legging
I have both the purple and red wash versions of this pair of leggings. I really like them. The color is bright, the wash I got looks good. They are not seethrough and I feel confident doing my leg days wearing them.
The fabric has a similar thickness to the Vital leggings.
I agree that there is a lot of fabric on the front of the leggings but it's really not bothering and you can pull it to the back ;))
There is no "tummy-control" as the waist band is very high up.
I really recommend them !

L's all Around :(
idk what's happened at gymshark over the past 5 years, but these are not the same leggings I used to get in 2021. The "wash" looks nothing like the photos. In real life, it's like a tiny, faint splatter that looks like the fabric was unintentionally splashed with bleach. As for fabric, compared to the OG vital seamless leggings, the thickness is not there and overall feels way more plastic-like. I would not call these "squat-proof" like some of the leggings I've bought in the past.

Missing Designs?
splurged during the sale! love how comfortable these are, the fit is great but just like a lot of reviews the wash design was not there. came in looking like a murky blue-grey with no wash design to be seen. really sucks cause i love the design! i'll keep them, but i'm glad i didn't pay full price for them.

the wash doesn't really show
I bought the 4 items of this color and on the larger pieces like this leggings the wash is very very minimal (it almost looks plain grey), and considering this is the color where the wash shows the most I presume that the other two colors may be worse off, just so you consider it when you buy it.

Almost as advertised
I love the quality of these way thinner than the older leggings, will be great for warmer weather. The grey color however does not at all look like the photos displayed on the website. They simply look like a very dark grey that has been washed a bunch and potentially got bleached in the wash. It looks less cloudy like in the website pictures.

Cheap legging
I decided to give drum shark a second try but honestly, I feel like they don’t know how to do leggings there is no way that this fits me ever The stitches so out of proportion that it would never fit properly.

Definitely a must have!
Good quality and love the way they fit. I did notice when bending a lot I could feel the waste band rolling which I don’t like, but besides that they’re good.

Cool colour but unsure of new fit
I love the everyday seamless leggings range so when I saw that new colour ways had been brought out I immediately bought a pair. Design and colour way, 5 stars but personally the new fit is off for me. I feel like the stretch around my bum and thighs isn’t as comfortable as the old fit.

Disappointed 😞
Bought these leggings as I was attracted to the acid type wash effects. However I was disappointed as the leggings aren't anything like the picture. Mainly grey with the odd spec here and there. Material is comfortable, felt great training in them just gutted that the design just wasn't there.

Not as described
Got these in the Onyx Grey wash. Similar to the majority of reviews I see, there was barely any wash compared to the photo. Very few areas and not as drastic of a color difference. Honestly the color just looks like dirty grey leggings which was very disappointing. I understand each wash is different, but with other folks reviews as well it seems they are consistently not as described. The tag on mine also says black like someone else’s review.

Does not look like picture…
This is my last time ordering from Gymshark. I feel like the sizing is all over the place and I can never just order my true size and have a good fit. This runs small. If you’re a true medium you will need a large for it to not fit so tight and make it breathable. Also, I order the Onyx Grey wash and this item literally does not look like the picture. The label on my item says Black as well, not Onyx grey. Subsequently, the wash of the leggings DOES NOT LOOK LILE THE PICTURE. If you’re expecting to receive an item with visible green patches on it like in the picture, you will be disappointed once you receive it. It’s nothing like it. I want to love Gymshark- this is my 3rd time ordering, but everytime I order it’s always something.

Great leggings!
Absolutely love these pants! I was so impressed with the soft material and the way the waistband didn't roll. They are slick so it made cycling difficult at first, but I eventually figured out how to compensate for the sliding.

Perfect
it was my first Gymshark shopping and to be honest i loved the leggings ! The colour is a dark red and the fabric is perfect. The negative side for me it is giving a camel toe appearance which i have never experienced with any other leggings before.
i have 63 cm waist and 97 cm hips and i bought Small . Xs could be also ok i guess. But Small fits perfect for now.

Does not look like the item pictured. There is barely any light wash markings. The leggings just look grey with a few small bleach marks that do not look intentional. Also made with a thin material. (Same issues with the matching top)

Perfect
Love love love these! Finally some Everyday seamless in cool colours. Ive been waiting for a good light acid wash legging ! Got these in gray and i love them, they are exactly as expected. Worked out in them today and they are squat proof and stay comfortable throughout. Regular size fits perfect.
