Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.
Rise
High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise
Sits between the hips and natural waist for a more relaxed, lower-cut fit. Great for low intensity training and activities like Pilates.

Great !!! Perfet size
Gymshark never disappoints! These leggings are fantastic; I already own two pairs in different colors. The fabric is soft but thick enough that it's not see-through. The sizing is accurate; my waist is 72 cm and my hips are 98 cm, and the size S fits me like a glove.

Too tight and Too loose... ?
For some reason these fit so weird. This is one of... maybe 7ish Gymshark leggings I have, al XL or XXL and these are the only one with this material. But it's too loose around my waist and too tight on my legs. It seems like the fabric is maybe only a two way stretch instead of a 4 because they're hard to put on and feel more restrictive than my others. I LOOOOVE the design of the waist band, my fav waistband design of all the ones I own, so it's a bummer that the style doesn't match the comfort :(

See through mesh on sides
Bought these in December during a surgery and got to wear for the first time today. Super comfortable and the quality feels pretty good. The waistband is really comfortable and thick. My only issue is I didn't see anywhere on the listing that the sides are mesh and definitely see through. I could see my underwear just standing in them in poor bathroom lighting. A little disappointed there was no mention but nothing I can't work around for my workouts.

Conpresses at the waist rather than tummy. FYI.
Buttery material and super comfy! Doesn't do a great job flattering the tummy as it attenuates the waist and compresses there.

Cute but not functional
Bought these for strength training and while I like how they look . They don’t stay in place very well while I’m working out: I find myself pulling these ones back up frequently .

I bought this to replace my other black leggings but my goodness, I put it on and you could see EVERYTHING of my butt. From the thong to the line deviding my buttocks. Not gymshark worthy.

Due to this elasticity, some sheerness can occur when stretched. This is common with similar styles across many brands. Thin, low compression
The material is very thin, and doesn't seem durable. There is no compression in the legs part, so you don't get that lifting look other leggings provide. The waist band which is much tighter that any other leggings I've had. Uncomfortable and not flattering.

Not good
Not good. I ordered a size M black, the fit it is fine but they are see through even without doing a squat test. I expected better quality in the product, but it just isn't there.

Horrible customer service
I bought gym shark leggings for the first time and according to the size guidelines I ordered a small but the leggings were extremely tight so I optioned for an exchange, so I dropped my return item to the nearest UPS with a printed label and I have no idea where my new leggings are and what the status is. There is no number for customer service or customer support. I actually returned 2 items and didn’t receive anything for them not even a refund on my card.

Compression not great
These leggings feel great at first, super soft and comfortable when you put them on. However, after wearing them for a bit they do start to feel loose, and the compression isn’t the best compared to what I was expecting. I got a size small, and for reference I’m 5’2” and 150 lbs. While these weren’t my favorite, I do love and highly recommend the Power Short leggings from this brand — those fit and hold up much better. Overall, these are okay, but if you’re looking for strong compression, I’d go with the Power Short instead.

Good for weight lifting
I love the fit and feel of these! They stay on my waist with all sorts of movement, are reasonably flattering, and the material has a nice feel to the touch. I really prefer pockets, so that’s a key feature for me.

The perfect gym leggings
The perfect gym leggings! I purchased size small (I’m a 6-8), the high waist fits perfect. Material feels thick with a good amount of stretch and doesn’t roll down. Ideal for lifting and yoga 💪

Not delivered
I bought leggings and they weren’t delivered - checked on progress and it showed as being at the courier.
A few days later I got an email saying the leggings were out of stock and I was being sent a refund.
Ordered 17/11, despatch notification 23/11, emails from gymshark replying to my query 28/11, refund email 3/12.

See through!
Impossible to see on the pictures online that the mesh is totally open and see through so can basically only wear this with a long top over.

Really disappointed with the quality. Really thin material, feels like a leggings you’d buy at the supermarket.. gives you a bad cameltoe and highlights your underwear lines

Good product, squat proof, but I find they do shift down a little while wearing them so I have to pull them back up a lot

Got 3 pairs for jiu jitsu, they’re perfect!
So happy I bought these, wonderful quality, thick nice fabric that stretches, it stays put even when I’m doing jiu jitsu in them and is 100% squat proof! Im relatively tall (5’7) and these fit perfectly. I was between sizes (72cm waist) and decided to size up to the medium which was definitely the correct decision as these fit perfectly. Recommend sizing up if your between sizes.

Flattering fit
Love the colour and fit! I was expecting it to be too tight like most other tights and went for an M but these are super stretchy so you could size down if you’re in between. The mixed material also makes it more suitable for cooler months, just perfect as Autumn-Winter approaches!

Bought these a while ago now and i must say, the quality in leggings has gone down. These are now super thin and very see through when squatting. Wish i could have returned these when i could

Great but won’t last
Great fit great qaulity however the logo is already coming off after one wash. So now they look tacky disappointing really for the amount paid. Wouldn’t pay full price

I expected more
(in the words of my girlfriend) I really liked the quality of the leggings, but the only thing I didn't like was the lack of "push-up" compression on my glutes, which actually compresses them. I'm sorry I bought the brand instead of the product. I've gotten better visual results with leggings that don't even cost half as much as these.
(In my words) When I bought the leggings, I thought the shipping would be from the US, but on the contrary, the tracking appeared in Belgium, which really annoyed the experience at Mexican customs, since it increased 50% more than the price of the original product.

Well fitting and comfy
I was a little worried about how they were going to fit because this is my first time trying this brand. When I got them and tried them on, they fit really well, I was happy I chose the size I did. The only small downside is that they are less opaque than I would like them to be. But they are very comfy and stay up around the waist with minimal adjustments during the day. Overall, I’m really happy with how they look.

Adequate but not amazing
These leggings are ok but not the same quality as my previous gymshark leggings, the material is more slinky and the waistband isn't as flattering. I would say also not totally squatproof, but for the price they will do for now!

Fit and feel great; color not what it seems
The material feels fantastic and true to size. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the color scheme seems way off in person. In person, the color is a true navy compared to the images where it seems a bit more blue. The logo on the back was not as bright as i thought it would be based on the photos.
