Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.
Rise
High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise
Sits between the hips and natural waist for a more relaxed, lower-cut fit. Great for low intensity training and activities like Pilates.

At first I thought... hmmmm... this material is really tight, a bit uncomfortable, maybe I should have bought one size up... but actually... after wearing it a few times and washing it... it has become my absolute favorite legging of all times!!!!!! PERFECT FIT, PERFECT SUPPORT, I feel super thick and sexy and muscular

Fantastic fit!
Love, love, love these leggings. They hold you in and accent glutes perfectly! I tried these because they discontinued my favorite leggings, Seamless Gains. I found my favorite new pair! I prefer the compressive fit However, the fabric is still super stretchy, and I can easily squat in them without any problems. Probably not for you if you don’t prefer a compressive legging. If you’re familiar with the Seamless Gains, these are not as compressive as that style, but are more compressive than the other styles I have tried from Gym Shark
