Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.
Rise
High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise
Sits between the hips and natural waist for a more relaxed, lower-cut fit. Great for low intensity training and activities like Pilates.

Amazing leggings if you want your butt to pop. Not so comfortable if you're squatting and stretching, they are tight and thick.

Soft and Stretchy
Lovely, buttery-soft feel and very comfy to work out in. I usually wear L because of larger, lipoedema legs but sized down to M because they’re so stretchy and they’re still comfy

My new faves!
These are now my favorite leggings from Gymshark!! They're incredibly stretchy but still compressive in the right places. The contouring around the glutes is really cute, the waistband is comfortable, and they feel high quality compared to some other leggings I've purchased. I love that the logo is stitched in. I didn't find the stealth blue color to be sheer when wearing a thong. I did an entire cardio workout without thinking about or worrying about my leggings at all. Highly recommend.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. these are sooo see-through. So sad because they felt so comfy on and the colour is beautiful but not wearable

Love Handles & a Front Butt
I'm new to GymShark and after placing a very large order that I'm returning all of, I've come to realize while a size small or xs everywhere else I would need an XL to not be pouring out like a can of biscuits in these clothes. These leggings gave me rolls I've never seen before. It was if every lb of fat on my body was either shoved out over the top of them or sucked into the bottom stomach area I couldn't believe how unflattering they were. I went with a size medium, I'm 5'4 125 lbs and they aren't even close to fitting properly.
