Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.

High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise
Sits between the hips and natural waist for a more relaxed, lower-cut fit. Great for low intensity training and activities like Pilates.

Weird stitching
These look really good on the body. They’re non-see-through, even when stretched. However, the stitching on the inside of the legs is very uncomfortable, making them uncomfortable to run in or even wear for a long walk. I would recommend them for weight training, but not for running or long walks because of the uncomfortable stitching.
I’ve only worn them once, and I’ve already noticed some slight signs of fabric wear, like the material looking a little rubbed in a few areas. I’m not sure how they’ll hold up over time, so I’ll have to see how they look after more wears and washes.

The most comfortable leggings I have ever worn!
These are the lounge/streetwear leggings I have been wishing for! I received them in the mail days before I was to leave for Europe, and the moment I put them on and felt how much they are like a second skin, I felt so grateful they came into my life just in time for my 17 hour travel day. They pilled quite a bit due to the material being so light and thin, but its not very visible, I only noticed from touching them. I am the kind of person that feels most comfortable with lower belly compression, and the waist compression on these are very satisfying to me. I am ready to throw out all my other casual wear leggings and replace them with these. Since they feel like a second skin, I was excited about experiencing the comfort of these leggings at the gym, so I was disappointed to read the description discouraging squats in these! For now, I’ll just save them for errand days and lazy morning coffee dates!

Very comfortable
Feels very nice love the color. I am normally a medium but got a large because of the light color didn’t want any see through issues and the lg fit good. A little long but nothing major. A md would have fit perfectly but I want to be able to squat without giving a show. Sizing up guaranteed Squat proof

I liked the fit of these but they are incredibly see through when you bend over so I had to turn them unfortunately (got them in black)

Delicate Silky Soft Fabric that Smooths
I really love the feel of this fabric. It is light weight but also smoothing. It is highly delicate though and I have some catches and snags after my first wear. These may be better suited to studio work over weights/machines

Website Color Is Deceiving
The color shown on the website - unit green, is not the same color you will receive in person. The color looks more greyish or denim grey in person. Very disappointed about the color but the quality of the leggings itself is top tier.

Pretty decent
Nice fit, very thin material. Not overly sculpted but decently flattering. They are pilling extremely quickly though on the back which for the price is sort of frustrating.

Black leggings
Not worth the price
I was disappointed with these leggings. They are quite expensive for the quality, and unfortunately they are see-through when I bend my knees, and even worse when I lean forward—you can clearly see my underwear. This is very uncomfortable and not something I would expect from leggings at this price point. I would not recommend them if you’re looking for squat-proof, opaque leggings.

Super Disappointed- Received Wrong Order
You shipped the wrong order to me so now my Christmas gifts won’t be here in time. I’m super disappointed. Way too see through
Very nice fit and true to size however do not buy this item it was so thin you can see my hand through the legging when holding hand inside. When wearing it you can see your underwear. Way too thin. I had to return the product as working out woudnt be possible at all. I recommend other leggins not these.

Poor quality
I only wore these pants once to the gym, I didn't even go near any velcro, and the side of the pants is completely worn out. I can't say how this happened, I guess it was the car's seatbelt. But that shouldn't happen with pants made of good fabric, which is not the case here.

The best leggings ever!
I bought this based off an influencer review and they are the best leggings I’ve ever tried. They’re so lightweight and comfortable. The waist band is thin and stretchy. Will be getting in ever single colour!

See through and not that soft.
These are see through when you bend over and not good for the gym. I wear them under jeans for warmth and around the house. At that price point they shouldn’t be see through. Glad I got them on sale.

Disappointed
Lovely colour, nice design however the quality of the fabric is a massive letdown. Though soft, the material is completely sheer, extremely thin. Not worth the price to be honest. The GS quality has been consistently going down, it is such a disappointment. Rather than focusing on making 100s of different models which is just confusing to an average customer due to the lack of proper description/not a great categorisation, they should focus on making 5 signature leggings in different colours but with an emphasis on quality and longevity.

Not recommended
I tried it as soon as I received it and noticed it’s see-through, it looks pretty and It moulds to the body but is see-through and everything shows, so it's not suitable for exercise. I don’t recommend getting this model

Fabric bunches
Fabric bunches up a little in the crotch area. I ordered a size Large cause in the past I ordered a sized medium in Adapt flex x Whitney shorts. It's a little hard to get them on but I do love the compression. However, the size large was I still had room it felt slightly loose but comfy but it explains why the fabric bunches a bit.Odd sizing ig... my waist is a 31 in. and my hips are the widest at 41. I'm 26.

Too thin
The quality in leggings has gone down over the years. These are now super thin and very see through when squatting and I hate that. Wish you’d keep the same quality as before. Plus it gives the worst camel toe ever as the material is so thin

Soft as a buttah
As someone who’s been working out for three years, I’m really picky about my activewear, especially when it comes to finding something soft with just the right amount of compression. These leggings are exactly that. They’re incredibly comfortable, supportive without feeling restrictive, and perfect for everything from long walks to back day and core workouts. Absolutely love them!
