Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.
Rise
High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise
Sits between the hips and natural waist for a more relaxed, lower-cut fit. Great for low intensity training and activities like Pilates.

Not true to size customer service very disappointi
The sizing on these leggings was far to small and both pairs were returned, which I only received a refund for one pair. I emailed customer service and have not received any reply or any other refund.

Not for women who've had a C-section
Terrible. I'm 5'2, 114lbs, and had a c-section 4 yrs ago. By no means am I'm insecure about my body. However, these do not have tummy control. The compression on the waist is a smaller band and rounds out a pooch. It looked like I had a gunt. Not good.

Poor quality
The material was very thin and the seam was very poorly made. When I received them, you could see the stretchy material outside of the stitching, multiple strands of thread.

See through pants
Was really excited about these pants, found out when trying them on that they are completely see though as the material is way too thin was super disappointed as I can’t wear them.

Not squat proof
I returned the leggings as they were far from squat proof. I returned the item and haven’t received a refund. I’ve had problems with refunds in the past

A gamble that worked out for me

Weird sizing.
Again, as my previous review; inconsistent sizing. Too much fabric at the crotch gives the impression of cameltoe. The leggings are short but wide. The band is loose but the thighs aren’t. When I compare it to a different style of Gymshark leggings which I have in the same size, this makes no sense. I’m glad I bought them on Black Friday and didn’t pay full price because I’d have been twice as upset

Falls small
Sizing definitely falls small. I got a medium (160 cm, usually a 36 EU) and it’s a little too short and tight even for me/fabric is not stretchy enough to make up for the shrunken size I guess

Its all going downhill...
Honestly gym shark used to be my wife's favourite go to... but the quality has really gone down hill. Loose stitching and thinner material, I think she dropping the brand altogether.

Poor fitting
Product is great quality but the sizing is poor. Ordered a small to fit size 8 but they were more like a 4. Had to return for medium. Still waiting for exchange over 2 weeks.

Good for tall people
I’m 5'11 and they fit perfectly! They’re also squat proof (don’t roll down) but I have a little belly so they roll a little but not down (if that makes sense). Not see through and have a good stretch too

Size Up or get Scammed
Based on the size chart the medium should be a perfect fit. Gymshark needs to include a hip measurement because every pair I ordered is completely see through if I squat. I am super disappointed because i bought these to boulder and can't use them for anything truly athletic. Worse they seem to repeatedly leave a generic response that it is due to the material, but their item descriptions boast they ARE SQUAT PROOF, which is a LIE if you don't size up. I can't get a return either as it was purchased during a sale and they won't offer me a larger size despite the same leggings being in stock in a large.
