Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.
Rise
High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise
Sits between the hips and natural waist for a more relaxed, lower-cut fit. Great for low intensity training and activities like Pilates.

Love these leggings but not squat proof!
I absolutely love these leggings but agree with everyone else, they are not squat proof. I would have bought them anyway because I love the look and the feel but they should probably remove that bit from the description!

Really flattering but terrible quality
I bought both the black and the gray leggings, gray ones are a bit see through, due to that I wore them for upper body days, both leggings ended up ripping like a pantyhose after couple uses, which was really dissapointing cause they were really comfy, didn't even last half a year.

Great
Love these. Super comfy and great for weight lifting. Only thing is if you don’t have a shelf/large butt, the line under glutes may make them look smaller as it’s low down

Beautiful but so see-through!
Absolutely stunning leggings until you bend over then the whole gym gets a right view as these things are so see-through you may aswell not be wearing anything! Such a shame as they look beautiful on but very impractical. Had to return which was an easy process.

They fit great but aren’t squat proof
These leggings fit great in all the right places. The only issue is that they are NOT squat proof. Once you bend over, they are practically see through, which is disappointing.

I love this!
This is one of the best tights from Gymshark! Squatproof, the material is very comfy, good stretch, fits perfect and it does not roll down. Looks good around the bum too, and the pattern are so cool aswell. I love the black and red combined. I bought my usual size. Do more of this, please :) would be cool with other color combinations!

Nice design
I bought this on the day it was released, they shipped fast and they fit nicely, I am 163 cm and have cca. 68 kg and wear a size M. In comparison to other leggings they fit a bit tighter in the waist/stomach area but otherwise they are great and look amazing. Gymshark could do more of similar designs and with a bigger stock of these "popular" products since they sell out the second they go live with the drop, like in the first minute which is just ridiculous IMO.
