Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.
Rise
High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise
Sits between the hips and natural waist for a more relaxed, lower-cut fit. Great for low intensity training and activities like Pilates.

Bobbled within a month!
These became bobbled on the bum after less than a month, really disappointed given the price! I really like the length and fit (I’m 6’1 and they’re more than long enough!) but I’m annoyed that I paid over £30 for a pair of leggings that bobbled so quickly

Love the length!
I love these tall leggings! I am 178 cm and I have long legs. Most of my leggings look cropped (even when they shouldn't be) and I'm always tugging them up or down. These leggings are looong and they are high waisted, so I can just feel comfortable and get my workout done.

Rip in leggings
Worn once and have a rip in the crotch area after normal wear. After paying so much, you wouldn’t think you’d get a rip so easily

Far too short
I bought this product on the understanding that if I selected 'tall', I would finally get a pair of leggings that were down to my ankles. Not only did they not reach my ankles, but they only seemed to come just below my knee!

Had issue with the crotch fabric with only 1 wear. The material lost elasticity on the seam join making it see though in places

Nice and long pair
Got these last week and been to the gym three times. Solid pair, waistband seems robust and the tall version is long enough for my 5'11/181cm all-legs-no-torso body. The only reason they are 4/5 stars is that they in fact are slightly see-through when bending down, as with the right light I could see my underwear. It's not visible enough to notice on a quick glance or dimmer light but if one was to look for more than 3 seconds under direct light, you can tell.

Never received the item
I ordered this item as a Christmas gift for my daughter on Black Friday. I had been checking the status of the order since, and all I could see was it was fulfilled. I used the chatbot feature to see when the order was shipped and was assured I would receive it in a timely manner. I had a hard time finding a way to contact customer support and did finally find an email. Finally after four days I received a response stating the order was lost in transit. So with only 11 days until Christmas I will have to find a similar item for my daughter and will not shop with Gymshark again. Thoroughly disappointed.

Items not received
Ordered the leggings when said in stock. I was later advised not in stock and given a refund.
I messaged to say could I have a refund for the top as no longer required as only ordered it to match the leggings. Received no reply. I have still not received the top so don't understand why you are asking what I think of it. I am still waiting but would really like a refund for it too.

Excellent for tall girls!
So pleased with these leggings. I'm 6ft and really struggle to find leggings that are long enough. These leggings fit perfectly for my long legs! They are really comfy and good quality too.

Fashion Triumph, Comfort Tragedy
They look nice, but wearing them feels like you're being sandpapered by a vengeful Victorian tailor. The leg seams jab at you with every step, and the giant washing-instructions label has been slapped on the ankle, as if to mock you for expecting basic logic.

Tall sweaty girl approved
I bought these in a small tall- I’m 5’10” and 145/150 pounds. I am a heavy sweater even when lifting, so I bought the black marble (too nervous the other colors would show swear). I can report that they don’t show sweat too badly- I would give them 8.5/10 and the color and Heather if help to hide it. The length was perfect- maybe a touch too long but the tall size guaranteed I would have them be high rise on my tall frame. I did not have to adjust the waistband once during my lift session- a first! The stretch and compression are both in the right places. Really love these!

Wrong size
I ordered the wrong length size, so I had to return it twice but still did not get the correct size, if you are 5”3 make sure you order the short version of this legging. It is actually good legging but unfortunately u didn’t get the correct size, waiting for my refund now, appreciate if you could mention the height chart too for the customers to select the right size

So soft and fitting!
I bought the tall size S leggings and they are amazing! They are so comfy on the treadmill and stair master and don't slip on gym equipment. Also doesn't give you a camel***. Highly recommend!

Really disappointed with these leggings, I got the Green tall pair and they were incredibly see through. I didn’t even have to squat fully for them to become see through

Lovely fit and great sizing
Great fit, usually wear size 12-14 and brought in size large, they fit lovely. Having leggings that fit well in the leg and waist is something I struggle with. But now these are my go to leggings.

Amazing
i’m 6ft 2 and struggle with clothes in general but even more so with gym clothes. my bf gave me a £60 voucher xmas for gymshark and i must admit i just thought whats the point in even looking theyre not going to cater for my height. i left the voucher for a while and thought ill just get some socks, however i decided to search tall and to my absolute delight they’re were leggings for my height!! so i ordered 1 pair to try and honestly i’ve been addicted since, i now have all the colours and have brought countless tops too. the quality literally is amazing and the designs are so trendy, i literally cannot stop buying more items. so happy i was introduced to Gymshark and would be even more happy if further “tall”designs were introduced!

Great length for taller women
Really pleased with these. I'm 5'11 with long, thick legs so I struggle finding leggings that are a good fit. These are perfect, nice and stretchy without going see through. The waist band feels super supportive too

The perfect basic leggings
Super comfortable, makes your legs and bum look great even without the bum scrunch. Im 5'9 and got the tall version to try, noticeably longer but not too long where it bunches. Great coverage for any stubborn tummy fat, sucks you in and gives you the hourglass appearance. I like that you can wear them casually too with pretty much everything.

Enormes!
Siempre uso la talla M de estas mallas pero compré las mallas TALL para probar ya que por mi altura (1,75 cm) siempre me van cortas. Para mi sorpresa, la talla M no es fiel a la talla M!! Son enormes, y no de largo sino de ancho. No las volvería a comprar. Muy insatisfecha. Deberían informar que además de largas son más anchas y hubiera pedido una talla S.
