Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.
Rise
High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise
Sits between the hips and natural waist for a more relaxed, lower-cut fit. Great for low intensity training and activities like Pilates.

Love them but a bit small
Have to be the warmest leggings I've had in awhile.. although they run really small for me i got large which is 2 sizes above what i normally wear based on the chart and i would still probably go one more size up

Hole in the seam
Received quickly, but when i went to wash them there was a hole in a seam near the bottom of one of the legs. I completed a return but I’m still waiting for my refund. Ended up ordering a second pair because i really want to test them out with the cold weather, and so far so good.
Other than the hole, they’re super cozy.

Never Arrived but Took My Money
Item never received. Ordered almost a month ago and it was supposedly shipped, but tracking hasn’t updated and nothing has arrived. Messaged customer services over a week ago and they offered a replacement order, but that hasn’t even been sent and they’re now ignoring my messages. Huge shame, as I love Gymshark but this is ridiculous and disappointing. Feel like I’ve been ripped off!

Honestly these are exactly what I expected. Thick quality material (not overly), and fits perfectly xs (usually a six) 5’3. If you want something simple but beautiful without a bum scrunch and this it. Only thing is the black marl is really a charcoal grey @gymshark we need a jet black classic colour please!

Great Quality Delivered with hole near the seam

I hope you’re doing well. I ordered a pair of Gymshark leggings for my partner, and unfortunately, they arrived with a small hole near the seam (please see the attached photo). The item was delivered in this condition and has not been worn or washed.
