Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.
Rise
High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise
Sits between the hips and natural waist for a more relaxed, lower-cut fit. Great for low intensity training and activities like Pilates.

Disappointed :(
Overall very nice material and seems like very good quality however not right for me. I have larger thighs and hips compared to the average person and these leggings were extremely tight and unflattering around these areas. I did keep them and repeatedly try them out for over a month as I really wanted them to work but generally I felt very uncomfortable wearing them, I also put them through the wash to see if that would help but it didn't. They would always ride up and I found them to be quite see through, I couldn't wear everyday underwear with them. I was looking for a more premium brand to purchase my gym wear from but sadly Gymshark is not for me. I won't repurchase and wouldn't recommend to women with a curvy figure or large thighs/hips, I will be donating these leggings as I will not wear them again.

Not a durable design
Very disappointed, I ordered these leggings and loved them on my first wear then today I wore them for the second time and just from the act of putting them on the stitching where the scrunch in the back is ripped. Very weak stitching, not a durable design and I’m super upset because this quickly became my favorite set the day I got it!
