Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.
Rise
High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise
Sits between the hips and natural waist for a more relaxed, lower-cut fit. Great for low intensity training and activities like Pilates.

Great fit badly made
I absolutely love the fit of these leggings unfortunately I have wore them for one day and the seam around the crotch has a hole in them, im so so disappointed.

Very flattering
I bought these in the sale last month and they arrived very quickly. I’ve had problems with how gym leggings fit so thought I’d take the opportunity whilst these were a very good price and I’m so glad I did as now I know what the hype is about! They are the most comfortable, flattering gym leggings I have and now want some more!! Only thing I feel would be beneficial on these is a pocket for my phone so this is the style I’ll now look for.

I don’t like the new band design, stretch is good
The lower waist band design means the waistband keeps on rolling down which it’s pretty annoying

Short crotch to waistband
Have a fair amount of GS leggings but these are the first ones to feel a bit uncomfortable, the waist is much lower than the others so they sit at an awkward point. I held them against some of my other leggings and they're shorter in the crotch to waistband. I am a little gutted as the pattern is great and the rest of the quality overall is good just not a fan of the shorter length

Weak seams
I bought these for my wife for her birthday. Gave them to her march 26. It’s now April 18th, and the leggings already have a hole in the crotch seam. She’s only gotten to wear them a few times. Very clearly a design error, not a user error. Disappointed in the quality of these leggings because they were one of her new favorites.

Very cute style, bad seam.
These leggings were so cute for the first two weeks and then all the sudden the butt seam decides to rip while I’m at the gym. Honestly so embarrassing walking through the gym with basically your whole butt out. Not happy.

Fancy but tight-up!
Fits pretty tight compared to the other leggings I have. I'd defo size up. For reference it's tight around the waist.

Pink leggings
I loved these leggings the colour and fit were great. Unfortunately they gave me a camel toe at the crotch so I had to return them. I have 5 other pairs of gymshark leggings so i was disappointed they did this. They would have got a 5 star if it wasnt for that reason.

Omg !! Love these leggings.
The colour is vibrant. The print is lovely and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable to wear. I am glad I checked size guide as I am large on bottom and medium on top. I normally wear size 12-14.

Lovely fabric, fit could be better.
These are lovely fabric but they don’t fit as suggested in advertising! Models or their edited bodies have large booties and the leggings seem to accommodate this but if you actually have this plus some hips like most women’s bodies, the fabric does not accommodate this!
So I wish there was a bit more space for the parts a lot of women carry weight and muscle seen as they’re made for women.

Cute and functional?
These fit true to size and hug in all the right places—my bum has never looked better. The material is nice and thick and it gives me that snatched waist vibe while still leaving plenty of room for tacos after the gym. Priorities.
They’re totally squat-proof, they’re perfect for lifting.

NOT THE ORIGINAL FABRIC
This is not the original adapt cano seamless leggings fabric. It fits weird and it’s not the usual high waist, it’s more like a mid to low waisted leggings. Also, the seam at the butt area is weird and it feels like it’s going to rip when you squat. Don’t recommend it at all.

No Exchange! Utter Disappointment.
I received the leggings but they weren't my size so I opted for an exchange! I sent the item back from Greece on December 12th with a Gymshark prepaid label.. until yesterday (January 17th)I hadn't received any reply about the exchange process whatsoever, so I communicated with the support team again. To cut long story short, even though the item appears available on the webstore, the representative told me that it isn't and instead of processing the exchange they refunded me. The price of the leggings has now increased so even if I ordered them again I would have to pay the increased price difference plus the shipping cost again! Which is the reason why I believe that they refused to make the exchange in the first place. Cheap scheme for a label such as Gymshark. Utterly disappointing.

Poor quality
I was so happy and excited to get the order. The leggings look amazing, i love the colour and texture, but after only one wear, the seam has already come apart and a small hole has formed. I am so disappointed. For this price, one would expect better quality

Sizing different than other colours
Bought Adapt Camo in other colours before but the medium on this size is smaller than black/green. Should size up, the waistband rides down

Scrunch snapped when pulling the leggings up gently so they now have a hole, don’t but the scrunch leggings to fragile.

Vibrant, comfortable leggings
I absolutely love the colour they are so vibrant and bright. Fabulous bum scrunch to really enhance the glutes. Super comfortable and the waist band to compressive and stays put. Got them in the sale so great price too !

Vibrant colour, perfect leggings
I love these. The colour is vibrant and they are extremely comfortable. I do dance fitness and need leggings that stay up- which they absolutely do. I definitely recommend. I also bought them in the boxing day sale and got a great deal which I am pleased about.

I’ve always bought the adapt leggings for their material thickness and quality, but this has changed recently and the material just isn’t as nice.

Great pair of leggings.
I have bought these as I already had some leggings from the adapt camo seamless line. I for some reason did not notice that it has a scrunch butt, but it is not super visible. They are shaping and the material is really soft. Hight waist and rather short length (I am 164 cm tall and they come about 10 cm above my ankles). I personally like it as it is difficult to find leggings that would not be too long.

Terrible quality
The inseam on the crotch frayed and tour on the first workout I wore them for. Also, they changed the material to something much thinner and more flimsy. I used to love adapt leggings for lifting but this is the second pair that have torn within two months of owning them.
