Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.
Rise
High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise
Sits between the hips and natural waist for a more relaxed, lower-cut fit. Great for low intensity training and activities like Pilates.

Unique model. Material quality needs improvement.
Definitely a unique design, but I feel like spider woman 🦸♀️. I bought another legging from gym shark in the past and it was perfectly squeezing my body. Same size S as well. For this model probably I should buy one size down. Finally as the texture is thin while you squats it can been seen through.

Not Squat Proof
Design and fit are great. The material is much thinner than I expected but not really a big deal. My biggest issue is these are not squat proof at all, I could very clearly see my underwear in poor lighting right through these. Just not what I expected from Gymshark, I don't usually have that issue.

Due to this elasticity, some sheerness can occur when stretched. This is common with similar styles across many brands. Pretty design
The leggings are a little stiff and really really tight. If you want them to be like normal leggings probably get 2 sizes up

Great legging
Love them, I'm a 10/12 and the Medium fit, a hugging holding fit, but the large fit like a normal legging..
Both fit depends how you like them to feel.

Very nice color and design. I expected more from the comfort and fit though, the material feels wierd and cheep and not very nice on. The look is nice but the quality and feeling is not very nice. I usually use size M in bottoms but in stretchy tights I go for S, I took S in theese and they fit fine.

Best leggings ever!!!
These leggings are amazing! I’m very petite at 4.11 115lbs but very muscular specially my legs My husband bought these for me first pair of Gymshark leggings I’ve ever owned and I couldn’t be happier. I don’t have to roll the ankles to get them to fit properly. So needless to say he went ahead and bought all the other colors for me. Please do not stop making these leggings the design is awesome my legs look like an action figure’s legs!

there are better gymshark leggings
Unfortunately, my least favourite gymshark leggings which I have bought (and i have a fair amount). Fabric does not feel breathable or stretchy

Not Impressed
I was very excited for these leggings, I bought it as a set with the sports bra. The color and design are beautiful but they feel cheaply made- not what I am used to with gymshark. The material in thin, almost like panty hose and there is no extra support or thickness in the band to prevent movement. There wasn't even a tag in the leggings. It is not squat proof and I don't see the fabric lasting as long as the adapt products I have which have been great. The light green design around the glutes is just a change in stitching color, not thread thickness to contour so you have to try and place the pattern directly where it belongs in the middle of your bum. I am really torn because I think the look is so nice but it is not nearly worth $70. I will likely return.

These are cute, the design is great, but it offers no support around the waistline. And, why does it cost so much and doesn’t even have pockets.

Stunning but Size Up!
The material is a little different than gymsharks usual leggings but the design on these leggings are FLAWLESS! They hug all the right places but i would size up!

From a girl with a peach
These leggings definitely have pros and cons. Pros being the color and shaping. The two shades of green are amazing together, I highkey wish I got the shorts too. As for the shaping they definitely bring out the toned features. However the cons sadly have to be that these do not feel built for bigger butts and the material. It’s like a windbreaker sound with every step, it’s deafening. The material is stretchy however I still had to size up to a large just for it to fit properly. When it comes to the high waisted section I wish was a bit higher in the back from the green line only because it makes the top shelf disappear. Overall still a closet must have however could use a few tweaks.

Amazing leggings but not squat proof!
The leggings are super soft and I am in love with the design, they make your legs look more toned and good!! Also super comfy. I would give a 5/5 but they are not squat proof and see through which is a shame cos they are so nice!

Not as stretchy
Little different than any other Apex tights I have. They were a little trickier to get on because they are not as stretchy as the other Apex tights (I just hope they dont rip), and seems just a little shorter in the back. They seem squat proof, and the markings on the tights are so cool, especially by the bum. I bought my usual size, M.
Other than that I am happy with my purchase.

Not the best I’ve seen from Gymshark
I ordered these because I loved the design but when I received them the material was very thin feeling. Compared to other leggings I have purchased from Gymshark these felt cheap and did not shape my body well. I had to keep pulling them up.
