Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.
Rise
High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise
Sits between the hips and natural waist for a more relaxed, lower-cut fit. Great for low intensity training and activities like Pilates.

Way way too small
I have the same design in a different colour and love them, got these and they are incredibly small despite me ordering the same size! Gymshark sizing has gone mad recently and gives me body dysmorphia, I’ve always been a medium and now having to order large and extra large.

Amazingly Flattering and NOT See-Through
Some of these negative reviews are WILD, and I am convinced half the problem are that people buy a size too small, especially for seamless leggings. I am 5ft 6in and 129 lbs - in butter soft bottoms, I’m usually a small, but in seamless, I go with medium. I purchased the navy and green leggings in a Medium and the matching green Minimal Halterneck Bra in a small. The mediums are PERFECT - not suffocatingly small and also no bunching or gathering of fabric. I wore them for leg day today for the first time - not see through AT ALL. My husband LOVES them, and three women at the gym today commented about how much they loved them too. STOP BUYING SEAMLESS TOO SMALL!

I love this pair of leggings
I really love the colour and the fitting. I really like the thickness of the material. I was expecting a thin polyester legging but I'm positively surprised. Definitely will be purchasing gymshark apparel more now. :)

Go Seahawks!
I bought these because they felt like Seattle Seahawks colours. Love them for that reason. They are a little bit thinner than the usual gymshark material But I didn’t mind it. They are breathable and no issues with squatting. However, a minor critique would be on the bum. The V at the top of the butt could be a little bit less deep to help accentuate the glutes better. Other than that, I love them

Due to this elasticity, some sheerness can occur when stretched. This is common with similar styles across many brands. DON'T BUY THESE NAVY BLUE LEGGINGS WITH GREEN
Hi girls, I am a fanatic woman of leggings, I have known for years what is quality and good fabric, embroidery, good prints and finish in a sport product, do not dare buy these leggings, it is a disaster from the cut of the pants, the horrible fabric, super transparent and the part of the buttocks is not even worth mentioning, if I could give it 0 stars I would give it, it is disgusting, seeing this deception of gymshark so blatantly, they sell their leggings for 70 dollars, I think that not even shein dared to go that far in truth. The navy blue with green color looks just pretty but when I see it well I am super upset, how is this scam possible?
