Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.

High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise

Quality has gone wayyy down and it shows.
I've been a fan of Gymshark for a few years now. It's always been a reliable, high-quality product. I'm really disappointed in these leggings. They have a hole after less than 5 months! The last pair of leggings I bought from Gymshark was almost 4 years ago. I wore them incessantly. I remember being amazed at their durability-- I wore them through snow and sleet while running, during pilates, during hiking, during weight lifting, endless squats and movements and they lasted through it all. The only reason I had to replace them is because they had finally had enough-- particularly in the crotch, a high-stress area. I have worn this pair WAY less frequently, maybe less than 20 wears, and there's already a hole forming on the calf. The fabric is also not built with the same quality texture and breathability. The dots aren't ventilation, they're just printed on there. Not sure what I was expecting there.
The fit is nice and I like the color, but I'm super disappointed that Gymshark has chosen to lower the quality of their products. Either because they wanted a quicker turnaround on people buying, or just to cheapen the cost of production/quality, or both, it's turned me off their products completely. More low quality products = more waste in the world.

Disappointing quality in material and colour
I have been purchasing gymshark leggings for a long time. The latest purchase was very disappointing. The material is much thinner that it has been before. The colour was washed out.

Very comfortable, but small
Very comfortable, nice material, I’m always a size M, but they’re a bit tight on the hips, would size up. Not a a fan of the elastic band on the ankles

Not like the old ones!
The material is nothing like the old vital leggings. The waistband squeezes and makes the belly pouch pop weirdly. If I knew the material changed I wouldn't have bought them.

Squat-proof!
Absolutely the best pair of leggings I've owned. Once they are on, they don't move! The compression effect is pronounced to me.

Not for women who've had a C-section
Terrible. I'm 5'2, 114lbs, and had a c-section 4 yrs ago. By no means am I'm insecure about my body. However, these do not have tummy control. The compression on the waist is a smaller band and rounds out a pooch. It looked like I had a gunt. Not good. Also gave me a camel toe. Save your money

Never stop making these!
I have so many pairs of leggings from this line. This purchase was just for spares as I love them so much. Absolutely in love with them for the gym and everyday errands. I live in these! They don’t have a bum scrunch which I love, and they’re a flattering shape. I have washed many times and they have not lost their shape at all. They sit exactly where they need to, and don’t ride down.

Sizing
Bought a week ago. I bought 2 different colours in this style in medium. 1 pair fits like a small the other fits like a medium.

Tighter than other leggings - But Perfect!!
I'm obsessed with this colour and set - I got the long sleeved cropped top as well. Color is so nice. I got Medium size - Leggings are tighter around the waist then other ones but I find they haven't stretched at all and the shape is still perfect. Would purchase again.

Durable material, small rip
Very thick and durable material. However, I wore them once to do a light cardio routine and there is already a small tear in the inner thigh. It’s not the end of the world since I got them for a reasonable price and can still wear them (the tear isn’t noticeable) and easily fix it, but I am pretty disappointed that I got one good wear out of them.

First Impression
I bought these pants last week, tried them on and they’re too big and are see through.. I’m at a loss. I want to try a medium but if a large is already see through then the mediums will be too.

Will only suit someone tall
These are very long in the body and the leg length so will not suit anyone short. A good 5 inches longer in the leg than the training leggings and to be honest are not very comfortable at all. Definitely not for me.

i owned the black marl one x4 times cause i loved the fit , im a size L-XL in europe 84kg 167cm and i got a size M for this spesific one , i love it. (its slightly tight but i knew it when i got the Medium one for me because i prefer my leggings tight!)

Not squat proof
Not squat proof at all. These are now my gym pants I can only use on upper body days if I am not bending over.
I purchased the cobalt. I'm 5'4, 150lbs and wear a or m. These were purchased in small.

Vital leggings maroon
I bought these for my daughter for Christmas. She has 3 other pairs of Gymshark leggings in an XS which fit perfectly. Unfortunately these were too small so I’m about to return/exchange them for a small. She really liked them so was disappointed that they size smaller than her other leggings.

Size too small
I'm 5"2 weight 50 kg with some muscle definition and the fit is way too tight on that waist band... Which is weird since I bought leggings from the Whitney fleck line and it fitted perfectly. Crotch and legs were right and the material is nice. I can't get a size up or It might be too loose. It's such a shame.... Was waiting for almost a month for this.

This is massively disappointing because I've been a long time Vital fan, with many leggings and shorts that are not see through at all. Gymshark must have gotten cheaper with their fabric, as it is much too see through now. I hope that they redesign or start using different fabric because this is unacceptable. This is a GYM brand for goodness sake. Women already deal with enough problems...see through leggings should not be one of them.

Disappointing
I have lots of these leggings but in other colours, so I was excited to get more. Didn’t do the squat test as the others are amazing, whilst teaching yoga in the down dog position I was mortified to see that my whole class could see EVERYTHING! Completely see through leaving nothing to the imagination. A huge disappointment and would not recommend even at a discount.

Sheer and disappointing
I purchased the woodland Green Marl. This is the most disappointing legging I’ve ever purchased and it will be my first return in a decade of shopping with Gymshark. It’s completely sheer on the glute area to the point of being unwearable.
The fit is also strange due to the design of the waistband.

Fits well but totally see through
I was really excited to have a comfy, squat-proof legging but these are totally see through even with the dark blue color I got. Fit is nice and I like the compression but I can’t feel comfortable with everything showing through :/

Sitting in the 'wrong' places
Very soft leggings but they sit up the creases of your lady parts. Personally not for me. I also didn't like how the label has been moved to ankle. I usually buy normal length and turn my leggings up as they have a wider range in normal length, but it wasn't that easy to fully cut the label off the bottom of the ankle. I also bought the Corset leggings in black and loved those as the material is thick and they don't crease up anywhere.

Favorite leggings!
These are so great for running. The stay put and I don't have to pull them up mid run unlike some very expensive running specific leggings that I've gotten elsewhere.

The change in compression is uncomfortable
These use to be my favorite but now the compression is ridiculously uncomfortable. It makes me feel so stiff at the gym. They lack flexibility now.

Extra fabric in crotch area
Had to return unfortunately. It is so comfortable and cute but has a lot of extra fabric in the crotch area, it looks very bad. Leggings are see through also. Main issue was the extra fabric :( I was very disapointed.

Terrible fit
Worst fit leggings. The waist is badly made, the small size for some reason means that the leg has to be extra long and the waist is so wide that the lower crotch part of the legging is sagging and looks completely unflattering. I believe that the size small is actually a medium and would fit better, but unfortunately XS is too small, please get your sizes right!! Same problem with Vital shorts, the waist is as wide as the distant of legs if shoulder width apart.
