Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.
Rise
High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise
Sits between the hips and natural waist for a more relaxed, lower-cut fit. Great for low intensity training and activities like Pilates.

Ugly fit
Not good. Too tight around the waist and ankles but also very thin fabric not compressive on the other areas. This combination gives an odd shape to the lower body, not flattering at all.

Super compressive waistband
These did not fit me well. I have a softer mid section and the waistband is very thick and compressive which dug in and make them uncomfortable. These would be great for those with a small build or tight midsection!

Completely See Through Do Not Buy
I wish I listened to the other reviews. These leggings are completely see through. I wouldn’t even feel comfortable not wearing these to the gym. I have many leggings from years ago that are not like this. The quality is terrible now.

Bought other brands but nothing compares to gymshark! Have a few vital leggings from years ago and they’re still In amazing condition. These still live up to expectations. Squat proof (navy). Fit beautifully. 9st 5’2”. Size medium

Great fit and pattern
I hate tights that bag around the knee or ankle so I bought the short version and had to exchange them for regular. No issues at all with the exchange and I’m very happy with the Small regular fit at 5’3-1/2” and 105lbs. No bagging or wrinkles. The pattern is distinctive and flattering. I ordered navy and will pick up another pair in a bright colour as well, now that I know the coverage is very good.

Unfortunately arrived damaged.
Unfortunately these leggings arrived with a hole in the ankle. I have returned them and waiting for a refund. The leggings themselves are really nice and I already have a pair the same which I wear every week.

Disappointed
I I’ll ordered 3 items which stated were all In stock and the full amount taken from my card. Then days later I was refunded for one item as out of stock. Surely a big company like Gymshark must know what stock they have. This is the second time this has happened, very disappointing.

Didnt get it
On 11/29/2025, I placed an order for a product. Today is 12/19/2025 and I have not received the product. I intended for the product to be a Christmas gift and it will obviously not arrive on time. I am VERY disappointed.

Dark colours with a thong, otherwise see through
Bought on sale, can only wear a thong with them as otherwise see through. Thankfully bought dark colours. They do stay put during workouts, are comfy and flattering, but way too over priced if not on sale

Leggings to live in
Buttery soft and so comfortable! My first pair of gymsharks and I didn’t want to take them off. The only thing is, I don’t think they’re 100% squat proof. Maybe like 70%, so mind that. The colour is great as well. I ordered the regular length, because short were unavailable, and still at 4ft11, these are ok on length. I’ll try short next time, but I could also make these work

Waist band roll
First purshase on Gym Shark. The waist band keeps rolling down.. very annoying and unconfortable. I took all my mesurements.. pretty disappointing.

It’s a nice pair but it shows everything, it feels like all the lady parts are getting exposed so maybe for the skinny people. But for people like me with a bit more around my waist and and thick thighs it showed everything.

Ideal for working out and for HIIT. This blue is stunning. The fit around the waist is spot on. Sometimes they can feel a little tighter around the ankles, but not a big deal.

I saw a lot of bad reviews that it's not squat proof but it's perfectly fine to use. The only problem is cloth scrunches up weirdly at the crotch so looks and fells like there is extra cloth and doesnt sit great. Got it on sale, worth it to buy on sale but not on full price. It's moderately squat proof, definitely size down

Not great
Bought these last week and just received them. I had such high hopes and was so excited to get them in but they are such a let down. Very see through when squatting, the fit is ok but a lot stiffer than I was expecting. I do like the way it makes my glutes and legs look but that’s about it. I will be returning, definitely not worth what I paid for.

I have been ordering gym attire from Gymshark for a number of years now and I have never had any issues. I am quite particular with the fit of leggings and Gymshark get it spot on every time. I have tried different brands but always come back to Gymshark for quality, choice and fit. Fabulous brand, wont shop anywhere else for gym attire. Loose and baggy crotch!
I have 43" hips and usually wear a large, but these leggings don't fit because the crotch area is too big and loose.

Almost perfect
They are not 100% squat proof on me. I ordered size XS because I have a much smaller waist in comparison to my hips so if I ordered a size bigger it would be loose aroud that area. Nevertheless they sculpt my body in an AMAZING way! So I wear them for upper body workouts and they are totally worth it. It would be great if they made them a bit more opaque around the hip area but if you don't have larger hips compared to your waist that won't be a problem for you. I am 165cm, weight 54kg, my waist is 60cm and my hips are 95cm.
