Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.

High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise
Sits between the hips and natural waist for a more relaxed, lower-cut fit. Great for low intensity training and activities like Pilates.

I LOVE MY GYMSHARKS! The no fuss, no adjusting, no pulling them down or up. Now that I have my first pair I may find myself financially strapped because I'm browsing the website already. They are soft and non irritating. Hold everything in place. I also like that they don't have a sheen to them, even in a squat. My sister also immediately bought a pair. Now I wish they had long tanks with no shelf!

never got them
i ordered the leggings and found out they were too small for me so i returned them, gymshark said they would exchange the return with a bigger size and i never got the other pair or my money back - it has been 3 months.

Great leggings
For me these are the best Gymshark leggings I own; they fit really well, they give you a nice bump look, they don’t roll down, they are squat approved and the quality feels amazing.

Great fit
This leggings fits great and is not see through. Please bring back the Corset leggings, it is the best leggings I ever purchased from Gymshark and I’ve purchased alottt! The corset leggings is thicker, holds your body and accentuates your curves.

Best leggings I've ever owned!
I absolutely love these leggings, I have them in several colours and have tried other brands/styles but always come back to these. I wear them for walking, and for gym/heave lifting - they work for everything, are squat-proof, and wash really well. They don't fall down, don't go bobbly or baggy, I just love them!

Great at snatching the waist
These are so great. The waist band really snatches you (not uncomfortably) but in a way that gives you a little shape. I'm a short girl so the leggings are a teenie bit long and scrunch at the bottom, but nothing unusual for me being only 154cm. The quality is great and I now want these in every colour. These are not scrunch bottom btw, I was worried about that, I really can't deal with the scrunch bottom.

Fabulous all round go to leggings
I absolutely love these leggings! they are so versatile and are a great match for my training needs. I work hard in the gym and these perform!
They are super supportive yet so comfortable they don't hold you back. Great support for weight lifting and a tough 30 minutes on the Stairmaster. They won't let you down.

My favourite leggings
I have been using these leggins for a while now and they are my favourite. They have a compressive fit that keeps everything in place and does not move at all, so no need to adjust anything during training. I will buy them again.

Good Quality But See Through
I'm 5'10, 220 lbs, and my measurements are 40"-34"-48" for reference. Very stretchy, good length, but see through. I'm still gonna keep them because they're good quality, but I'll definitely be wearing nude underwear with these.

GS quality has gone way down
Something’s up with GS lately. These are soooo thin and arrived with a hole in the leg seam and frayed stitching. The replacement they sent also ripped within a month of use.

HORRIBLE!
I sized up because I remember buying these in a small years back and they were too small.
These are basically the same size! I ORDER A MEDIUM?
Sizes suck! Who are wearing these ? Id probably need a large or X-Large! and im typically a SMALL- MEDIUM. Size 4-6 lululemon.

I just got these in the mail for Christmas. They feel so soft and comfortable I instantly went online to look for more. I need more colors! I did size up one size in the Black Marl and they are indeed squat proof. Love them!

Was super excited for these but the sizing guide is not accurate for these. I ordered my normal size and they were painfully tight. Size up. Otherwise I really liked the thickness of these.

See-through bum but comfy
They are comfy and the contouring on them is nice, but they are see-through- you can see my bum and underwear in them. So not squat proof. Expected better quality for the price.

Dark colours with a thong, otherwise see through
Bought these leggings in black and navy, I'm really happy with them but only because they were on sale, if I had paid full price I would be quite disappointed as they are quite see through. I bought dark colours due to reviews and glad I did, but I can still only wear a thong with them otherwise you see everything. Not squat proof at all. However they do stay completely put during a workout or run, they're comfy, flattering and go really nicely with the halter tops and running jackets. So I am very happy I bought them I just find it outrageous the price they charge for these when not on sale considering they're see through

See through
I’m 5’5” and 140 lbs and ordered a medium. The fit was great. It was comfortable, flattering, and true to size. I really liked how they felt during movement and had high hopes for them.
Unfortunately, they were see-through in the butt area, especially when bending or stretching. That ended up being the reason I returned them. If the opacity were better, I would have happily kept them.

Black Marl was NOT the vital 2.0!
I bought 2 pairs of vital tights, and this black pair were in fact vital, and the other ones were vital 2.0. There was no distinction on the website unfortunately. These are much more light weight and feel less structured than the 2.0s.

Becomes saggy in crotch area after a few wears :/
Were really nice to start with but after a few wears they became really loose and saggy in the crotch area and just doesn’t look nice. This is the second pair I’ve bought that this has happened to. Such a shame as they could have been perfect

Vital Seamless leggings
The vital seamless leggings are by far my favorite leggings on the entire site. I have several colors. They are compression leggings so I would recommend sizing up.

Do not listen to reviews saying that these are squat proof because they absolutely are not. You can see my underwear and my skin even just standing up in these. So disappointing. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Best purchase ever
I was a bit worried after looking at reviews on TikTok but I can assure you that these are the best leggings I have ever bought. They are super comfy and aren't see through at all. I was a bit sceptical of the sizing as someone who is a UK 10/12 however I saw many people mention to size down so I opted to get the Small and they fit perfectly.

Bad quality
Item arrived broken, one of the sewings in one side of the legs had a 15cm hole. Was very looking forward to keep this product as I have ordered it twice before and were great quality and loved them, not this time unfortunately.

See through all the way
I’ve had these for over a year.. worn them multiple times. Today in the gym a guy came up to me and said they were VERY see through when I was on the smith machine. Came home and looked.. yep very very very see through. Sad because I like the quality but very disappointed.
