Leg Lengths
Regular
Perfect if you're around 5'5 - 5'9.
If you don’t need a short length and you don’t need additional length, then the regular length will fit you perfectly.
Tall
Perfect if you're around 5'9 - 6'5.
Leggings with the additional inseam length needed so you don’t need to cover the ankles with your crew socks (unless you want to ofc)..
How to measure
- Step 1: Waist Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button). Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
- Step 2: Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is where the widest part of the leggings will need to stretch - as above, make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.
- Step 3: Inseam Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch area) down to your ankle. This is especially useful for choosing between full-length, 7/8, cropped, or capri styles.
Rise
High rise
Sits above the natural waist for extra coverage, support, and a secure feel. Perfect for high intensity training and activities like Lifting.
Mid rise
Sits between the hips and natural waist for a more relaxed, lower-cut fit. Great for low intensity training and activities like Pilates.

So very disappointing...a long time fan
I bought 4 total Vital leggings that were on sale and EVERY SINGLE ONE was SEE THROUGH. This is massively disappointing because I've been a long time Vital fan, with many leggings and shorts that are not see through at all. Gymshark must have gotten cheaper with their fabric, as it is much too see through now. I hope that they redesign or start using different fabric because this is unacceptable. This is a GYM brand for goodness sake. Women already deal with enough problems...see through leggings should not be one of them.

Absolutely love them! Color is great! The double lining on the waist band holds firm. I barely had to pull them back up. I can remember maybe twice all day long. It is a thin legging very breathe able but still sturdy. Not the best for winter but throw some sweat over top to get you to the gym and you’re covered. I do not wear underwear with my leggings so I do not have a comment on if they are underwear proof but you can see through them and my lady bits are covered.
And very minimal camal toe. When you move around as much as I do you’re destined to get camal toe at least a few times. I really have no complaints! I need more:))

Vital seamless 2.0 range
Good quality leggings and colour is lovely! Iv had others in the vital seamless range before so went for the same size but these ones seem abit neater, so maybe the vital seamless 2.0 are smaller

Great pair of leggings
A great pair of leggings. I have these in dark green and black, both are comfortable and fit well, and both are squat proof with neutral-colored underwear. Waistband comes right but does stretch throughout workouts.

New favorite gym pants!
I love these pants! I have other pairs of the vital leggings but this version is the best! Soft, buttery, stretchy and compression at the same time. I am 5'7, 130lbs, and got the medium. While I can fit the smalls, I don't prefer that tight of compression leggings so I have been going with medium for a better fit. They are great for leg day or any other day!

Vital 2.0 Seamless Legging Review
I love the length and stretch of these leggings! My only reservation is that while working out I sometimes have to repeatedly pull them up, but they fit different bodies differently. I’m very happy with my purchase and will be buying more leggings.

A new FAV!
I got the beautiful dark green marl color, and LOVE them! These leggings are fantastic! I never have to yank them up, they stay in place and tuck you in everywhere! The only downfall is the waist rolls down a bit when bending, but these are diff my new favorite!

This fits better than the original vital seamless in the crotch area but size up as it’s a tad smaller. Nice length for taller ladies and comfortable to wear as it’s a this material a very nice shade of green that’s goes with many colours

They are just okay. You can still see though them if you squat (they fit fine, so it’s the material). I would have to make sure I wear them during an upper body day.

They look, feel, and perform great! I will definitely be ordering more! I have been one of those people who pay over a hundred dollars to try to find the right pair of leggings, and here they are, for half the price. I'm short, and they are not too long on me, which is a miracle. They have a nice compression to them but are not too tight.

Great Leggings
These are the best leggings. Both my daughter(26) and me(mom) wear them and we are very different sizes. They fit without being too tight or stretching out by the end of the day. I would highly recommend them to anyone. And they come in some really good colors too.

They are okay.
I personally thought they were too stiff. The waste line kept rolling down. When training your need your leggings to be comfortable especially when your grappling. I’m definitely willing to try out a different pair if you recommend any that are super flexible for the sport that I do.
